Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, BSER has released the cut off marks for Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teacher, REET. The cut-off marks are released on the official website. The exam was conducted on February 11, 2018. The candidates who have appeared for the examination can check their result on education.rajasthan.gov.in.
The REET Exam is conducted for the selection of third-grade teachers in the state. The REET 2018 examination was conducted for two and a half hours. The exam was conducted in two shifts, first Morning Shift was started from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and the Evening Shift exam was started from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
 
All those candidates who will clear the examination will get REET certificate and which will be valid till three years, if the candidate won't get a job in this time period then the certificate will be considered as invalid and the candidate have to re appear in the examination.
The candidates who want to teach class 6 to 8 students, appeared in the morning shift examination and the candidates who wish to teach class 1 to 5 appeared in the evening shift examination. As per the notification, the minimum passing marks in REET is 60 percent. For candidates of Schedule Tribes in scheduled areas of Rajasthan, the minimum passing marks are 36 percent.
REET is an entrance exam for teachers. The test is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools from Class 1 to Class 8. Paper 1 is meant for teachers opting for Class 1 to Class 5 and Paper 2 for Class 6 to Class 8. It is conducted by both Central government and State governments in India.
